1. Returns Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
  • Perishable or consumable items (such as fresh produce, frozen foods, dairy, or opened packages) cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
  • Only items purchased directly from Bulk Price Store are eligible for return/exchange.

2. Refunds

  • We do not offer cash refunds.
  • Instead, the value of your returned item will be credited to your Bulk Price Store account as a store credit, which can be used to shop for another product on our website.
  • Store credits are valid for 90 days from the date of issue.

3. Exchange Process

  1. Contact our Customer Support team within 48 hours of delivery via [phone/email/WhatsApp].
  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  3. Our team will guide you through the return process and arrange a pickup or drop-off where applicable.
  4. Once the returned item is inspected and approved, your account will be credited with the value of the product (excluding delivery charges).

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods (fruits, vegetables, fresh or frozen foods, dairy).
  • Opened or partially used items.
  • Items without original packaging or tampered seals.
  • Discounted, clearance, or promotional items marked as final sale.

5. Delivery Costs on Returns

  • Delivery or pickup charges are non-refundable.
  • Where Bulk Price Store is at fault (e.g., wrong item delivered, defective product), we will bear the cost of return logistics.
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for associated delivery/pickup charges.
